More Broken Promises from Resorts World Sentosa and Universal Studios Singapore

When I purchased my Annual Pass to Universal Studios Singapore I got the Superstar Pass which was S$1,099.00. I was promised the following:

So in Aug I ask RWS on Facebook many time if they were going to have Halloween Horror Night. Finely I got this answer from RWS.

"Hello Greg, our team members are currently working on an exclusive
event for our Annual Pass holders this quarter. As details are still
being tied up, we are unable to reveal too much at this point in time.
As Halloween is in October, we are expecting to contact our AP holders
directly in September, so do look out for that. August 4 at 11:01am"

 

So since Monday I have been asking again about when you going to keep your promise about telling us about Halloween Horror Nights. So today the gave us this answer.

Resorts World at Sentosa Dear Annual Pass holders, thank you for your patience. Here's an update: there will be a special Halloween themed party for our Superstar Annual Passholders. Stay tuned... (:

 

So RWS is at it again waiting to tell us at the last minute then saying nothing. By the way has pissed off a lot of people. Again RWS has no clue about PR for a Theme Park. They Don't care about their Annual Pass Holder or the Fans Base for Universal Studios. More broken promise. Nothing about compensation for the Annual Pass Holder for the rides not working and not having Halloween Horror Night.

If RWS is having a Annual Pass holders Party it should be for all the AP holder.

This just shows again and again that NBC Universal Studios and RWS well never be equal to Disney in the way of Guest Services. I for one feel that USS today has done wrong by posting what they did and also show they could care less about their Annual Pass Holders. If this was for the Superstar AP holder they should have addressed for them not to Annual Pass Holder. If I was a Fun Pass holder I would feel left out and made to feel that USS/RWS doesn't care for us. 

RWS you didn't do what you told me you would on Aug 4th. To me that is unforgivable.
